Tinker project.
Roof, windows, siding, soffit and facia. Doors, flooring, interior paint, opened up walls, countertops, half bath turned full bath, main bathroom repairs with new entry, tile floor and vanity with new lighting. Front porch painted and new railing, all new plumbing and hot water tank.

We saved the old wood floors.
