Get your equipment before materials get to normal pricing structure from distribution that has held pricing increase back for dealer contractors to help us financially the last few months. May 15 price increase across the board over 18% nationwide on HVAC materials. What was once a $6000 change out could cost close to $20K in Ca with all the new energy mandates, laws and codes. I have excellent financing terms available as well. Do not get caught uncomfortable this season.
We also begin preventative maintenance next week and standard pricing for that service starts at $84. For optimum efficient operation and the security of knowing your system is at peak performance is priceless when it’s 100+ degrees outside. We have proudly served our community since 1989.
