This gorgeous landscaping was completed as part of our Rehabilitation Grants & Loans programs, specifically through our Exterior Grant program in San Bernadino. Income-qualified homeowners can make improvements and repairs to their homes using the funds through our programs. Many homeowners need help correcting code violation issues, or addressing safety and disability access issues, which is a priority in our Rehabilitation Programs.
