Radiant in Riverton

We are very proud to FINALLY present our latest kitchen remodel on Thomas Avenue in Riverton. We have quite a few projects on this single block right here in our town, so we have resorted to naming them individually.

This project was very wide in scope. From a complete demo of the kitchen and mudroom - to a full gut of the second floor full bath - we were on multiple floors at all times during this project. Working with our amazing design partners - we pulled together a project that packed a TON of detail into what was actually a small kitchen in terms of square footage. When a space demands your visual attention even in its restricted size - you know you have struck a chord in design and ex*****on.

This project checked all of the boxes. 20 slides just wasn’t enough to capture all of the intricacies it held. We will definitely have a follow up content on this one.

A huge thank you to our excellent team of subcontractors, vendors, design partners and collaborators. As my team knows - I ask for 110% effort and I can be very detailed in my approach. You make these types of projects possible.

A special thanks to our clients: and for their amazing support throughout this project. We essentially lived in their house for months and they were nothing but gracious.

ET Powder Room

This little powder room packs a real punch and definitely pulls at your nostalgia strings.

This kitchen started out extremely dated and dark — but thanks to the excellent team , and the talented people on our team, it’s now a bright, inviting space that completely transforms the first floor.

This was no small project. This project required a closed in skylight, installation of a sliding glass patio door on a brick house where a window once stood, and a completely reimagined the layout. Let us not forget the removal of the division wall between the kitchen and dining areas which really opened this space up in a huge way. Appliances and utilities found new, more functional homes, creating a flow that works as beautifully as it looks.

The transformation continued with all new engineered hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, and stunning cabinetry provided from our friends in Collingswood.

The star of the show? A massive 10-foot island that makes a bold statement and serves as the perfect gathering and preparation spot. Add in undercabinet lighting and backlit pantry lighting, and this kitchen truly shines — day or night.

Bright, light, and open — this remodel is proof of what thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship can accomplish.

We are happy to show the first of two bathrooms we completed months ago in Burlington Township, NJ.

This hall bath was original to the home that was built in 2000. It checked all of the boxes of a typical builder grade second bathroom. Chocked with linoleum floors and acrylic tub surrounds, this homes bathrooms were in desperate need of an elegance upgrade.

We were able to bring this bathroom to a new level of sophistication without a major overhaul on its original layout. It is quite amazing how tile and an upgraded trim package can change the complexion of a room.

We have been anxiously waiting for him.

Our home renovation reveal

Working on client projects every day means our own home often takes a back seat. But during my wife's pregnancy with our second child, we finally took the time to gut and rebuild two of the three bedrooms on our second floor—stressful, but worth it. This renovation gave us the chance to replace outdated knob-and-tube wiring, properly insulate, and most importantly, create the spaces we truly wanted to live in for the next chapter in our family's history.

In a house built in 1899, we made it a priority to restore its original charm—bringing back traditional moldings and details—while adding modern touches, especially in our future son's room. Swipe to see the transformation: a spare bedroom/closet turned into the perfect nursery, and a reimagined master bedroom with a much-needed walk-in closet. This one was personal, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We completed a stunning retro-modern kitchen in Riverton, NJ, for clients who became great friends along the way. Their trust and involvement allowed us to refine details and make key design adjustments during framing. The result is a kitchen that balances minimalist charm with high-end functionality, perfect for a family that loves to cook.

This space features a timeless 12"x12" checkerboard porcelain tile floor in a 45-degree pattern, a custom-built minimalist range hood, and inset cabinetry by The creamy white custom inset perimeter cabinets contrast beautifully with the 112" walnut island, which we supported with custom steel brackets beneath a gorgeous honed marble countertop. The backsplash, a near seamless slab of the same marble, was precisely templated to accommodate brand receptacles. The appliance package which included a refrigerator and a range shows the serious nature of the meals that will be produced in this kitchen.

To open the space, we removed two walls—one load-bearing, requiring a structural beam. The second wall, which divided the kitchen and dining room, was eliminated to create clear sightlines from the dining area to the back pantry. This pantry features a second 48" trough-style farm sink, enhancing functionality. We also relocated the powder room which improved the layout. This kitchen design was provided by

All custom moldings were milled onsite, ensuring a seamless blend of old and new. We preserved the home’s historic charm by salvaging and repurposing many of the original doors, including the swinging butler’s door.

This project required extensive preparation, structural work, and craftsmanship, but the result speaks for itself. We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity and for clients who made the process so rewarding in the end.

Thomas Avenue - Bathroom Remodel

This early 1900s home holds so much history, and we were honored to bring this bathroom back to life! Our clients envisioned a traditional design with a modern twist, and their thoughtful tile selections helped shape the final look.

This project wasn’t without its challenges. During demo, we uncovered old fire damage and missing framing members, requiring creative problem-solving to ensure the space was both safe and stunning.

Here are some highlights:

This room had zero existing insulation. We were able to get this room up to R-15 at the perimeters which will help maintain temperature in these colder months.

We used the Fittes tileable floor vent, keeping the ductwork in place while making it safe and seamless while feeding this room with much needed heat.

We recreated traditional craftsman head stocks to beautifully frame the new window and door casings.

We resized a miniature closet opening and installed a new 5-panel door to perfectly match the home's original character.
