JRP Architects is honored to have received the Best Residential Historic Renovation Award of Excellence and the Best Commercial Renovation Award of Excellence from the “Sales and Marketing Council of the Builders League of South Jersey”. We enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Award Dinner at Lucian’s in Berlin, and we congratulate all who were award recipients!

Groundbreaking for The Birches of New Hope! JRP Architects was thrilled to be part of the Groundbreaking ceremony for The Birches of New Hope, in Solebury, PA. Construction is beginning for the Personal Care and Memory Care Residence, designed by JRP Architects, and the project will be a huge asset to the New Hope community. We are excited to, once again be part of a Heritage Senior Living project along with our friends at Berk's Ridge Co. Enterprises.

Another JRP Architects renovation project! Remember, fall is a great time to renovate your home and fall in love with it all over again!

This home began as a ramshackle farmhouse that was slated to be demolished to make room for an Assisted Living Facility. Because it was a historic building, the town wanted it saved. It was subsequently moved across the street and renovated into a gorgeous, updated farmhouse with all the historic elements that were part of the original house but suited for comfortable contemporary living. Once again, JRPA worked its magic and transformed a home from barely livable to absolutely stunning!

JRP Architects was thrilled to sponsor the Westfield Friends School Golf Outing on September 30! The JRPA architects donned their golf-shirts, grabbed their clubs, and headed for the Riverton Country Club golf course to support Westfield's Responsive Tuition Program. The team of Luciano Najem, Donny Loftus, Brad Pendino (former Westfield Friends School student), and Kent Werner had a great time supporting this worthy cause!

Boring development house goes from blah to brilliant! By creatively designing the addition to this home, JRP Architects transformed a typical development house into an amazing home with much more space and tons of curb-appeal!

Fall is a great time to renovate! Even a simple change can impact the way you live and the way others view your home. This house was a dull, lackluster home until our clients added a new porch entrance, adding charm and increasing the value of the home. Just look at the difference in curb-appeal!

JRP Architects new renovation!

A dark cramped kitchen and a very outdated bathroom were upgraded by our design team, and the before and after photos show the amazing enhancement it made. With the removal of some walls and refiguring of spaces, the quality of life for the clients was vastly improved. The kitchen became a bright and more functional room that was open to the living space. The upstairs bedrooms were reconfigured, and a renovated bath elevated the space considerably. The before and after photos say it all! Improve your life; update your home!
