Ok- it’s been a LONG time!! But my friends, tonight at 8pm I have the BIGGEST ANNOUNCEMENT EVER in probably my whole life (aside from kids and marriage) and I want to share it here first. This pertains to clothing/boutique stuff- not plants… although tangled tropicals is still amazing and kickin’! But despite thinking I was done with the clothing industry- it was not done with me yet. 🌿Tangled Tropicals Summer Spotlight - PHILODENDRON!!

Philodendron are by far one of my favorite species of plants- and where my love of tropical plants began! There are sooooo many varieties - it will be impossible to cover them all but starting now & for the rest of the week - I’m going to cram in as many amazing philodendron facts as possible!

“Philodendrons are tropical plants native to Central and South America. These evergreen perennials belong to the Araceae family—the same family as pothos plants. There are hundreds of philodendron species, each with its own unique cultivars. The most common philodendron plants produce long vines or stems adorned with thick, waxy, dark green leaves. They can be planted indoors year-round and are fast growers. Depending on the species of philodendron and the size of the container they're planted in, they can grow anywhere from one to six feet long and just as wide!”

Starting tonight, we’re kicking off TANGLED TUESDAYS! For the next 12 weeks, our Tuesday posts will feature a specific plant species- from Monstera to Philodendron, Sansevieria to Alocasia and everything in between, and that specific plant family will be our primary focus for the rest of the week. I'm super excited to share all of this with you and can't wait for you to see what's in store! Philodendron post kicking off in just a bit!
