Meet Rich! Rich started with Witt Fence in 2008, helping out on a fence truck as an extra set of hands running tools and staging materials. Coming from a framing and construction background, he spent years learning the fence trade and worked his way up to foreman, becoming a go-to for installing all types of materials. He’s developed a sharp eye for fence lines, and legend has it, he can spot just about anything buried underground without even putting a pair of diggers in it.

Rich has now been in an estimator role for 10+ years, while still jumping in on installs when his experience is needed.

When the gate opens and Rich gets away from fence, he enjoys catching a wave when the weather permits and taking advantage of everything the Tampa Bay outdoors has to offer—especially cheering on the Buccaneers.
