This house is 99% complete.

We have some interior door painting to finish and custom stained quarter round installed.

This home had alot of T1-11 panels that were rotted along with multiple trim boards.

We installed 2 new man doors that are located in the garage and a new sliding glass door that leads out to the deck.

To finish it off we painted the entire exterior of the home.

Would anyone be interested in obtaining their Michigan Residential Builders Salesperson License? We can discuss school and testing reimbursement. This would be a part-time position with flexible hours and commission-based compensation.

We painted the trim around the garage door and installed titan lvp flooring in the office.

We got the drywall in a commercial building sanded, primed, and 1 coat of paint on 3 offices.

Both of these places should be finished up by the end of next week.
