In this Downtown Chicago home, we completed a full restoration of three showers and refreshed the bathrooms without the expense of remodeling.

Sink Repair In Chicago Downtown.

One more successful project completed in Chicago!
After 15–20 years, this sink finally fell down because the original bolts and clips failed. Water leaking, vibration from daily use, and time caused the support system to weaken and rust.

We repaired the sink with new bolts and built a strong custom wood and metal support frame under the countertop for extra stability and long-term support. We also leveled the countertop to the backsplash, installed new silicone, and buffed, polished, cleaned, and sealed the sink area.
