yond. We assign a team of highly talented, specialized professionals to each project. A licensed professional serves as the Project Manager and is the primary point of contact. This leadership provides for project oversight, overall design efficiency, and consistent communications throughout the life of the project. Whether through in-house personnel or hand-selected consultants, we assemble a team that is tailored to suit your needs. We offer competitive fees and you may choose from a variety of methods of how services will be delivered to you.

We want to recognize our 3rd place finalist Paul Bielema, a math and science teacher with Noel C. Taylor Learning Academy, as well as the other teachers, staff, and administration of RCPS who put our children first and make our community stronger.

Our team had an exciting day presenting to the Art and Architectural Review Board (AARB) in Richmond.

We’re currently designing renovations to a 1950’s gymnasium, requiring coordination with entities such as the AARB and the Department of Engineering and Buildings (DEB). The Board is appointed by the Governor to review the acquisition and design of buildings and structures by the Commonwealth, regarding their artistic and architectural significance.
