Renovation complete!
We overhauled this outdated kitchen for white shaker style cabinets, brushed nickel hardware, stacked subway tile backsplash, new lighting, new plumbing- sink and faucet, new appliances, new paint, and new laminate wood flooring throughout.
Not only is is brighter- but it boasts modern efficiency through and through.

We updated the first floor of this clients beautiful home with luxury vinyl plank flooring.
We added new quarter round to the trim and refreshed the base trim throughout with Emerald Enamel paint by SHERWIN Williams.

Carrara marble look porcelain tile walls and navy herringbone floor and accent tile!
Dual shower head with handheld sprayer and a pony wall with long niche, with a walk in curb, finishes this updated shower space to be multi functional and modern!

Kitchen renovation!

This two bedroom bungalow was begging for efficiency. We ripped it down to studs and reconstructed the space to accommodate this clients request for an under counter refrigerator, washer and dryer, remove the soffit, make the window bigger, no cabinets on the window wall… and make it a modern floor plan.
Did we succeed?!
Client: 🥹✨🤩✨

We adore how it turned out too.
It is efficient, modern, and has a timeless appeal.
We finished the space with new flooring and trim throughout.

Bathroom redo:
First up- demo!
Remove the old to make way for the new!
We got rid of the mini (unusable) door by the commode, framed the new tub area to eliminate the extra wide (no purpose) wall, freeing up space to the toilet to add open shelving for linens.
Then we added a tile surround, Delta fixtures in brushed nickel, laid new vinyl plank flooring throughout the whole home, replaced the stand alone sink with a new vanity with quartz top and changed the lighting/vent fan and mirror!
Bohemian, earth tone vibes set the stage for this clean, modern bathroom.

Bathroom renovation that we took down to the studs before it got all new plumbing, subfloor, framing, drywall, fiberglass soaking tub and surround, porcelain tile flooring, vanity with cultured marble top, delta fixtures, trim and a six panel door and handle!
Finished this one off in SHERWIN Williams Crushed Ice for the walls. Pure White on the trim.

This deck took about four days to construct, material is pressure treated lumber. It was a great teaching job for apprentice workers this summer too.
