Hi everyone! Fonz and I wanted to give you all an update as to where we’re at company wise. November-January was slow for us, between sickness, the holidays, and most excitedly finding out we’re expecting a little girl this Summer—our company was on a brief hiatus.
Fast forward to now, we’re back and ready to be even busier then we was in 2021! We’re currently working with HCD on a few rehabs, 4 to be exact…but the problem we’re facing now are unprecedented wait times. 15 weeks on windows, 4-8 weeks on cabinets and tops, etc. Unless it’s a stock item, expect to wait a few weeks or even months on some materials. Also price increases are unreal! We’re also working with Justin Wright Builders framing new homes.
Right now we’re doing a little bit of everything! While we’ve had to turn some jobs down, wishing we could be in more than one place at a time, and needing a few more dependable workers—we’re excited for this year and all that it may bring to our company.
As always if you have any carpentry needs, don’t hesitate to contact Fonz or I. We’ll try and at least give you an answer as to whether we’ll be able to accommodate your needs/wants at the moment.
