There’s something special about a home with history—and even more special when that character is brought forward and put on display.

This project was all about letting the home speak for itself. From the warmth of the woodwork to the texture of the brick, each space came together in a way that feels both timeless and lived-in.

The kitchen quickly became the centerpiece, but the character carries throughout the entire home.

We began this beach house renovation just a few weeks ago, and the weather has definitely made us earn it! We’ve been working through freezing temperatures and even a recent round of heavy snow to keep this project moving forward. Nevertheless, framing is up and this transformation is underway!

We can’t wait to show you how this beach home looks when the warmer days return. This one is going to be worth the wait.❄

This February, we stepped away from the jobsite and headed to Orlando for the 2026 International Builders Show (IBS) — and it was time well spent.

Great weather was a bonus, but the real value came from the conversations and the in-depth classes focused on better building practices, smarter systems, and stronger business operations. Events like this challenge us to think outside the box and evaluate how we can serve our clients even better.

We believe that staying sharp in our craft requires continual learning. The more we grow, the more value we bring to every project and every homeowner we serve. We’re always learning — and always building better.
