Countertop Estimater. Store Manager (Madison, va)

Established and growing Kitchen and bath showroom is looking for an estimator and sales person in the residential department. The primary duties consist of analyzing layouts, product dimensions, and customer specifications to develop pricing and to convey information to customers as requested. Must be able to work independently and also work as part of a growing team.

Primary Responsibilities Include: Analyze and interpret layouts and drawings; Provide pricing using quoting programs

Job Qualifications; HighSchool Diploma or GED required, A.S. or B.S. Degree preferred; Two Years in an office / sales preferred; Ability to read blue prints is required; Experience with material take-offs preferred

Skills and Abilities; Computer Literate (Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel); Strong math skills * ; Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence; Strong problem solving and analytical skills;

Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills; Ability to send/receive email messages, post information to a database or spreadsheet, and perform basic word processing and/or data entry

Full Time Position: with competitive salary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
