New type of luxury vinyl flooring I installed today and I like it! Stone appearance, installed in a herringbone pattern, a bit more labor intensive but sure is a cool floor. Fun to learn a new product and method!

Not my usual type of thing, but this one was certainly fun! Ladies and gentlemen this is a 140 sq ft. CATIO 🐈. These are some super lucky kitty cats with all kinds of fun places to hang out and play. Complete with hanging kitty baskets! Will post a video in the comments, thanks for checking it out!

Community I need you help!!! I am in the process of building a GIANT catio 🐈 and I am looking for “cat stuff” to include. If you have any ramps, scratching posts, hammocks, fountains, things to climb, play with, cat friendly potted plants…even rope to make things from, that you would be willing to donate towards the cause PLEASE pm me. Anything I could use to create the best play place for these fancy felines and totally open to ideas. Any help is greatly appreciated!! 😊

Quick little tour of a job I completed today. Layed about 700 sg ft of LVP with matching stair treads. The stairs were painted construction lumber, the floors concrete. I framed the small room at the beginning to house small utilities, then the long wall to separate the entertainment area from storage and furnace. Framed and installed a beautiful Murphy door leading into the (now separate) furnace room. Only missing the center trim for the door that is “in the mail” from the manufacturer 😂.
*I hung the drywall, but outsourced the finishing. As most of you know…I hate drywall work/painting 🥸 but I sure can transform a basement!!!
