I am an Interior Designer and specialize in residential interiors for active empty-nesters (like me)! I strive to create spaces that are a perfect backdrop for my clients’ lives, reflecting their personalities and celebrating their new chapter in life. By combining bold colors and patt

erns, incorporating pops of bling and personal treasures, we can transform your home from now to WOW! I am the principal designer and owner of Horizon Interior Design. I graduated from Oakland University in 1998 with a Master in Physical Therapy, and enjoyed a successful career as a therapist. I worked in orthopedics and home care, and found it interesting to see the environments in which my clients lived. I grew a passion for interiors over the years, yearning to create comfortable and beautiful spaces. I received a degree from the Interior Design program at Baker College in 2016, started my own business and haven't looked back! I am a fun-loving creator of bold interiors who helps empty nesters rediscover their fun side and elevate their spaces to reflect a new, exciting chapter in their lives. I am a proud mother of two college-aged sons, wife to my Handyman husband who runs his own construction business, and Moewmma to three kitties! I love dancing, music, boating and traveling.

Meet Kori, the face behind Horizon Interior Design! ✨

Kori is principal designer and owner of Horizon Interior Design. After a 20-year career in physical therapy, she discovered her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces and earned her interior design degree from Baker College in 2016. Soon after, she launched Horizon Interior Design to help clients transform their homes into spaces they love.

Originally from Warren, she raised two sons in Rochester and is now living in Davisburg with her husband. Outside of design, she enjoys dancing, exercising, boating, and traveling—always inspired by life’s beauty and creativity.
