Changed this old iron railing into a more elegant board and batten half wall. I always enjoy being able to customize things clients want to change in their homes the way they want them changed, it always makes it feel more like home! 😊

Some before and afters from a utility room project. Sealed up some drywall holes, did some mud work, tuck pointing, sealed and painted block, painted the whole utility room, and installed some baseboard! Cant be the same room! Some repairs and fresh paint sure brightened the whole room right up!

Our current work remodeling and converting another apartment into an Airbnb. ***Current Updates New LVP floors, walls patched and painted, ceilings retextured with knockdown, new doors and trim are being stained and finished, new kitchen cabinets and appliances.

It’s been a while since i’ve shared any of the work we have been up to at Hammer and Nail. We’ve been busy updating and remodeling some apartments to be converted in Airbnbs. ***Updates
New luxury vinyl plank floors, patched and painted walls, retextured ceilings with knocked down, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, and new doors and closet bifolds.

Good looking remodel job we helped Viking Restoration Services out with. Hammer & Nail retextured the old popcorn ceiling with knockdown, patched and painted the walls, and installed and painted new baseboard and window/door casing.
