🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 has officially acquired 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁.

Yesterday marked a major milestone for our company, our team, and our future.

For both of us, this is a full-circle moment. Before starting Precision Woodworking Solutions, we spent important years of our careers at Southern Minnesota Woodcraft — learning the trade, working alongside talented people, and gaining experience that helped shape who we are today.

Now, we are honored to return as owners and continue building on the strong foundation and reputation Southern Minnesota Woodcraft has earned over the years.

🔨 PWS will continue serving our residential custom cabinetry clients.

🏢 Southern Minnesota Woodcraft will continue operating under its established name, serving the commercial casework, millwork, and architectural woodworking market.

Most importantly, we want to thank our employees, customers, vendors, families, and community for supporting us along the way.

This is a big step forward, and we are excited to keep building something special here in southern Minnesota.
