This one was a fun project to watch come together.

From tearing out the old concrete to the final railing install, this front entry got a complete upgrade.

✔ Removed old steps & concrete
✔ Added proper rock base and prep
✔ Built a new framed deck
✔ Installed composite decking, black metal railing, & cladding

Clean, low maintenance, and built to last. Really happy with how this transformation turned out.

Excavation is underway for the new egress window. More light, safer access, and a huge transformation coming soon.

Hi, My name is Kevin Barton. I’m a Licensed & Insured General Contractor in Rochester, MN with over 20 years of hands on experience in the trade. My background is rooted in framing, but my skillset extends to tile, stone work, trim, hardwood flooring, and full scale residential projects.

I believe what sets me apart is simple, I don’t just oversee the work, I do most of it myself. While many general contractors subcontract everything out, I stay directly involved from start to finish to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

I believe in doing things the old school way: honesty, integrity, and standing behind my word. A handshake still means something to me, and I take pride in delivering work that reflects that commitment.
