Lake Property Upgrade!✨

The weather was not on our side for this project🥵, but we pushed through and the results are stunning! The homeowner now has a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the lake views. New windows and doors also improved their energy efficiency.

The project included:
•18 windows and 2 patio door replacements (Anderson 100 series).
•New Norandex premium Vinyl Tan siding
•Trex deck (Golden Hour color) finished with Westbury aluminum railing.

The finished project is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake for years to come!

For this project we completely gutted and transformed two bathrooms with:

✨ Custom tiled showers (one with glass doors)
✨ New tile flooring
✨ New vanities/plumbing fixtures/mirrors
✨ Created a custom cabinet for storage
✨ New tile baseboards

We upgraded the master bathroom by replacing the single vanity with a beautiful double-sink vanity, giving the space better functionality.

The homeowners were thrilled with the results, and we thank you for your business!

🚨What a transformation! 🚨 This one definitely has the neighbors doing a double take! 👀

This project featured:�✔️ New Siding: Mastic- Whispering Timber, with white fascia, soffit, and trim work. �✔️ Replaced lower front window�✔️ Upgraded and added new outdoor lighting�✔️ Complete tear-off of the old deck and built the deck: TimberTech -Dark Oak decking with a screened-in porch and an uncovered side deck
✔️ Installed Westbury railing and gate�✔️ Stunning stained cedar ceiling in the porch�✔️ Many custom finishing touches throughout the project

The homeowners selected black vinyl lattice to go under the deck (currently on order) and once the gutters are installed, this project will officially be DONE! 🙌 Turned out amazing with great color choices and details.

The homeowners are thrilled with the results and can’t wait to spend countless hours relaxing in their new porch.
