Job Summary
We’re hiring a Landscaping Lead / Project Manager who can confidently run landscape jobs from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing crews, executing landscape installs, managing client expectations, and helping drive profits through efficient and high-quality work. You’ll play a vital role in growing the company while being rewarded for your results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 2–5 crew members on landscaping projects
Manage daily operations on-site, including planning, delegating, and problem-solving
Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure project expectations are met
Interpret and execute designs including plantings, hardscape, edging, and mulch installs
Track labor hours and materials to keep jobs on budget
Identify upsell opportunities and promote customer satisfaction
Maintain equipment and job site organization and safety
Train and mentor crew members to build a high-performing team

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in landscape installation or maintenance (required)
Prior leadership or crew management experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of plant material, hardscaping, and grading (preferred)
Ability to read site plans and measure job progress
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and time management skills
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
CDL or equipment operating experience a plus
