Full Time Office Admin/Manager

Responsibilities: This position is responsible various administrative duties including, but not limited to basic accounting, billing, quotations, insurance certificates, payroll entry, help with tax prep, ordering of supplies, social media, website management etc. for our local, family-owned companies.

We are looking for motivated/reliable/outgoing individuals. Considerable growth opportunities based on effort, reliability, experience, and attitude. We will gladly train if you have some skills, but not others.
Main office in Honeoye NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive payments from customers
• Send out invoices to customers
• Enter payroll and submit to payroll company
• May occasionally be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
• Valid license and mode of transportation preferred
• Flexible schedule availability a plus.
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written directions and instructions
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Previous office admin/accounting experience is a plus
• Good opportunities to grow within the company
• Maintain files for certificates of insurance of vendors
• Type quotes
• Pay bills/invoices
• Stock retail goods
• Maintain websites and social media
• Sales tax reports
• End of year tax prep
• Misc retail help

Work Location: Honeoye, NY and at Home

Salary: Dependent on experience, and flexibility. Paid time off, insurance and other perks are negotiable. Some hours can be work from home. Will provide office furniture, computers, printers etc

Multiple job openings available for immediate start as an installer.
We have one opening for summer warehouse work (Must be 18 or older) could possibly go longer.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the installation, and service of commercial office furniture and related products for our local, owned family company.

We are looking for motivated/reliable individuals. Considerable growth opportunities based on effort, reliability, experience and attitude. We will gladly train. Offices in Rochester and Honeoye NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Installation of office furniture
• Load and unload office furniture from trucks
• Load out and load in office liquidations
• May be required to workday/evening shifts, overtime, and some weekends
• Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
• Valid license, and mode of transportation preferred
• Flexible schedule availability a plus. Start times are determined based on installation requirements and are not always consistent
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written directions and instructions
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• CDL or ability to drive a 26' box truck a plus.
• Previous office furniture or carpentry installation experience a plus
• Consistent indoor work and good opportunities to grow within the company
• Part Time and Seasonal (summer and winter) is OK. Perfect for Teachers, Students, Firefighters, Summer construction workers etc.

Work Location: Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas

theFIRM is seeking our newest team member as we expand. We are looking to hire an operations manager. Warehouse experience and shipping and receiving a plus.

Honest and dependable are key traits we look for. Must be personable and communicate well.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel a plus. The position requires both physical and mental work. Applicant should be self-motivated and be able to think on their feet.

Salary, wage, benefits, vacation, insurance etc., dependent on experience and needs.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Scheduling and labor management
Shipping and Receiving
Asset management and maintenance.
Customer relations
