Time to go to work! Diamond grind/level concrete floor. Install Schluter/Ditra membrane. Prep all ready for ceramic. Install and grout with new urethane grout. New grouts are never to be sealed.

Feel so sorry for many DIY people! Too much HGTV and flip this house they watch on TV. This particular job had many problems from start to finish. Down two years and spent good money. For what? To be replaced way to soon. But now happy!

After one week! I have this floor finally finished. Three-quarter inch thick 5 inch wide hickory Bruce hardwood product. Customer is very happy and I think it turned out beautiful!

I think we have finally finished our "Lake House". I think our steps look great from start to finish. Not a big lover of man made products for steps. But these weren't too bad. I believe they turned out GREAT!

Working with new product. Called "Aqua Loc". 100% water proof. Almost finished with 2400 sq ft product in lake home. Nice looking LVT floor.
