No, this isn't a house in Florida! We built this deck in Troy, MI last year and we're just now posting pictures from the build. On this build, the deck was constructed adjacent to an existing paver stone patio. We were careful not to walk on the new paver stones or disturb the ground in the area of the paver stones. The overall results are fantastic. There is a very natural flow from the house to the deck to the paver stone patio below. Thank you for your business, Junior.

Awesome pool deck! On this build in Shelby, MI we worked collaboratively with the homeowners on the design and color scheme, and the result is a wonderful space for the family. The pool had been installed first, in advance of deck design and construction, and there were a handful of layout constraints to accommodate. However, we were able to come up with a solid design, a platform and stairway that provides a means of egress from the home, and a main deck area that is essentially an extension of the pool. We can do privacy! On this build in Sterling Heights, we completely removed a 12'X20' elevated paver stone patio (not pictured) and constructed a deck in its place. The homeowner was concerned with privacy on one side of the deck, and we were able to offer a few different options. In the end, we installed three custom privacy screens purchased from Hideaway in Canada. As well, we installed Trex Transcend-Spiced Rum decking and fascia, and Trex Signature rail in black powder coated aluminum. The black powder coated aluminum products from both companies match perfectly, same color and texture. We've installed this combination quite a few times on deck builds, Hideaway is a great company to work with and they have great products. We're not bragging, but she has the best deck in the condominium complex! Thank you for your business, Pam!

What was once old is new again! On this unique deck layout in Auburn Hills, we removed the decking, fascia and rail from the existing deck, leaving only the posts, beams and joists which are in good condition. We reframed the stairways and leveled portions of the old deck before installing new decking and rail. We're as pleased as the homeowner with the results. Thank you for your business, Jeff!

What was once old is now new again! On this build in Sterling Heights, we removed the old rail system, decking, fascia and stairway. We then reframed a new stairway the entire depth of the deck, installed new Trex Transcend decking and fascia in Rope Swing, and installed Trex Transcend cocktail style railing with a Trex 2X4 top cap. The transformation is incredible, completely changed the space. Thank you for your business, Mike!
