For decades, Voelker’s Bowling was a beloved staple of the Buffalo community. While the original building fell into disrepair over time, its vibrant community spirit was something we knew had to live on.

We’re thrilled to reveal the design for this re-imagined, 5-story mixed-use development! 🏙️

Here’s a look at this re-imagined, 5-story mixed-use development:
- 230 Affordable Housing Units bringing fresh living options to the neighborhood.
- Active Ground-Floor Retail along Elmwood Ave to keep the streetscape lively.
- Elevated Courtyard & Private Resident Amenities hugging the block to foster connection.
- Thoughtful Architecture designed to respect both the commercial vibe of Elmwood and the residential feel of Amherst & Marion.
