One thing we pride ourselves on is customer service, and solving customer issues promptly. Why do I say this?

Recently I was on an Allegiant flight that kept me in the plane, for almost four hours unable to deplane without losing luggage and airfare. After three hours you can deplane, but you don’t get bags and you lose the airfare. I stayed on.

Get to where I’m going over 4 hours later and when I decided to call Allegiant customer service number, this is the wait to talk to a live human.

I can assure you, our customer service is far better than a multi billion dollar corporation.

Before watching this take a guess at how long the wait was to talk to a live human. Also, I did swear in this so if your sensitive to swear words, I’d not watch it.

Did you know that we are booked a week out, and have no advertising running?

That’s right, we have 43 jobs on the schedule for this week, and it’s all from repeat or referral work. What are these jobs? Well here is a partial list:

Finishing up a 9 truck job that smells like nothing but ammonia from cat urine. Top three worst cat clean up job we’ve done by far.

4 hot tub removals, and 2 in one day

3 shed tear downs

We have 4 furniture pick ups scheduled from a furniture partnership we have

2 multi truck jobs for people relocating to a new state (happening much more frequent lately)

1 church basement

Multiple residential basements and garages…

That’s just to name a few and we haven’t paid a dime in advertising.

I guess when you have 1300 plus five star reviews, and thousands of satisfied customers, you don’t need to do much else to stay busy.

We get asked a lot if what people see on the show Hoarders or tv is real or staged. I can confirm it is 100% real. A lot of customers love hearing the stories and seeing the pictures of jobs we have done, that are not the most pleasant. After long deliberation, because well the internet is the internet, and everyone’s a hero with the right opinions, we have decided to start a new weekly segment, called the job of the week.

We will showcase some of the dirtier jobs we do, so people can get an understanding of what we do. It’s a lot more then just remove couches all

Monday is here, and on today’s episode of what did we find recently…

These two gold coins. One is a 1839 $2.5 gold coin that someone made into a necklace. We removed it from the coin holder and sent it to be graded. Unfortunately it could not be graded due to the fact they made it into a jewelry piece.

The other one is a 1915 Indian head $2.5 gold coin we found on the same job. This was left in the coin protector and is a beautiful coin.

These will go to my grandkids one day, and it’s pretty remarkable to find gold coins these days with the price of gold so high.

We’re back from the long holiday weekend, ready to get going. How are we starting off the week?

Busy. With 11 jobs on the days schedule we will be everywhere today, from Holley to Webster and in between.

From a hot tub removal, to a 3 truck job, to many dumpster drop off and pick ups, we have it all on today’s schedule.

One of the fastest growing segments of our business is picking up for contractors. Everyday we get new contractors, asking to pick up the debris from remodeling, for a specific reason:

Saving time. Saving money.

By them calling us they save hours of labor paying somoene to take it to the dump or load a dumpster. If they have a dumpster they are paying for that too. So in the end the cost is the same or more to do it themselves, then have us do it. How and why is that possible?

Dumpster rentals cost $3-500 after weight charges. Add labor in to load it and your at around $4-600. Well what if the dumpster not full? No discount, no price difference.

With us if we only fill up a 1/2 truck, you only pay for half the truck. Also we don’t add in any weight fees because it was over a ton. Everything is included. Labor, loading, hauling and disposal fees. The other advantage is we are in and out in an hour, plus we sweep up.

Come see why more and more people are moving to us over dumpsters. The convenience and potential cost savings are worth the call or text. 585-747-9342

Wednesday is here and that means…nothing. Just a couple days into the week. Nothing exciting, just another day half way through the week. Or, is it just another Wednesday?

That’s up to you. Whatever our days are, starts with us. Good or bad days usually depend on if we can let the stupid **** in life go.

We all have days we wish we could restart, exchange for a day at the beach, or just eliminate it completely from our history. Unfortunately that’s not possible.

We all hope you have a great day. Do something good today. Do something for someone else without a need of something in return. Be a good human.
