We couldn’t be the company we are today without the woman who helped start it all, Julie Tachin Swan. Julie is our President and Co-Founder as well as the friendly face you see the second you walk through our doors!

Julie helps with all aspect of the Swan Tile business and also doubles as our very own party and holiday planner! She has been the driving force always pushing us to be the BEST and provide Rochester with the highest quality work.

Julie is an amazing example of what women leadership is and is a huge inspiration to women, especially women in the construction industry. She is truly the best friend, wife, sister, employer, and mother there is. We are so blessed to have her!
