Start the business. Learn the skill. Apply for the opportunity. Take the risk.

People often assume that when a woman works in a male-dominated industry, she must be "one of the guys."

What they don't see is that strength and femininity can coexist beautifully.

We can lead projects, wear hard hats, make tough decisions, and command respect on the job site. Then, when the workday ends, we can step into our elegance, put on our heels, wear a beautiful dress, apply our makeup, and still be every bit as powerful.

Being a woman means we don't have to choose between strength and grace. We are both.

Never underestimate a woman who knows how to build, lead, and shine.

This year, I started something new. Recognizing outstanding clients who made a project truly memorable.

This woman was, by far, one of the best clients I have ever had the privilege of working with.

She understood that my job was to deliver quality work, no matter how many challenges came along the way. From start to finish, she never rushed the process, never complained about delays, and trusted me to get the job done right.

What was originally planned as a one-month bathroom renovation turned into a two-month project due to unexpected obstacles. Through it all, she remained patient, understanding, and supportive.

I made her one promise. That her bathroom would be completed before Thanksgiving, and I delivered on that promise.

Today, I am honored to spotlight her, but this time not as a client.

I introduce her as an entrepreneur, a woman of faith, and a first-time author.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual for full home remodeling and home flipping projects. Must be skilled in all aspects of home renovations, including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, trim work, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, repairs, and general construction work.
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Experience with full home remodels and investment properties is preferred.

Requirements:
Experience in all areas of home remodeling
Own tools required
Reliable vehicle and transportation

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Strong work ethic and professionalism
Dependable and punctual
