- Ability to operate and maintain various types of mowers, trimmers, edgers, plows, blowers, and various hand tools.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a ground maintenance crew if needed.
- Responsible for and willingness to abide by the company's policy and procedures.
- Ability to communicate to customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum
- Candidates should have a positive attitude, hard-working, and organized individual to work safely in a fast-paced team environment.
- Candidates must be on time and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Position is consistent from Year round work and on-call during the winter season for snow removal.
- Snowplowing experience with a truck or skid steer(not needed but milage pay if you do have either)
- Competitive wages based on experience
