Here’s a sneak peek at a sunroom conversion;
We first began by removing two full windows walls, replaced with brand new high efficient insulated double pane low argon windows, added some new electric (lights, receptacles) and insulated the space in its entirety so that it can be enjoyed all year round. The customers absolutely loved this transformation and we couldn’t more pleased with the way this one is coming along.

A few before and after pics- The customer wanted to update this room to match the rest of the first floor renovation- some of tasks we completed were replacing the existing floor to match the rest of the flooring in the house So the customer had a continuous seamless flow, we removed all of the wallpaper from the walls and texture from the ceilings, we replaced the two ceiling fans with four canless LED lights Along with all electrical outlet and switches, and added a few onto the upper wall for their TV, we replaced the sliding patio door with brand new French doors and casings, and lastly, we finished off with some fresh paint and new trim throughout.
