Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a wonderful summer and eating lots of good food! 😄

We recently visited our local Indian and Nepalese restaurant, Himalayan Kitchen. I’m a sucker for their chicken curries and my husband loves there’s Mixed Chowmein. 🌶️
If you go, you must try their chai spiced tea that is available while you wait for your food. ☕️

What a fun time we had a Zoe’s Haitian Restaurant. The staff prepared a delicious spread of their most popular dishes- black rice, beef and okra stew, Haitian Mac and cheese and chicken stew. We also tried their yummy sweet potato bread..

Thank you to all who came and experienced a Taste of Haiti!

If you didn’t come this time, I highly recommend you visiting Zoe’s Haitain Restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!

Also, a shoutout to Ginger for preparing me a Louisianan Crawfish pie. It was absolutely delicious! Robinsen Jingee

Thank you to Amaya Indian Cuisine for hosting our group for a Taste of India. The staff prepared a fabulous spread of appetizers, curries and dessert. 10/10 would recommend visiting the restaurant and eating their food! The staff will help you order if you are unsure new to the cuisine.

Thank you to all who attended and made it such a fun night. We had a few people who tried Indian food for the first time and loved it! ❤️

What an incredible evening at our Taste of Ukraine Dinner 💛💙
We had amazing guests come together to share a table and try authentic Ukrainian cuisine.

A huge thank you to the restaurant owners and staff at Galicia Restaurant for opening your restaurant and sharing your culture with us. The staff did an excellent job setting up the room and making us feel welcomed. Your hospitality and passion made the night memorable.

And to everyone who attended—thank you for showing up, supporting, and bringing such great energy to the room. These events are all about community, and you made it exactly that.

I’m excited to see the interest already coming in for our Cooking Across Cultures dinner at Galicia Restaurant on March 20th!

We’ll gather around the table for a family-style Ukrainian meal, sharing traditional dishes and learning about the culture together.

Enjoy a family-style Ukrainian meal featuring Varenky, cabbage rolls, potato pancakes, pork shashlik, uzvar and more..😋

✨ Staff will also be dressed in traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirts and will share about their culture with us.
