Radon is a radioactive gas that has no smell, colour or taste. Radon is produced from the natural radioactive decay of uranium, which is found in all rocks and soils.
Exposure to radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths and the leading cause in non smokers.
Properly installed radon mitigation systems can dramatically reduce exposure to radon in the home.
