From first sketch to digital rendering to real world construction, this home at Briar’s Creek is steadily transforming from vision to reality. What began as lines on paper evolved into a detailed rendering that captured light, proportion, and place, and now seeing those ideas rise from the ground is the most rewarding part of the process. Every column, roofline, and opening reflects intentional design, crafted to belong to the Lowcountry landscape while creating a timeless place for life to unfold.

Making an entrance.

Things are coming together beautifully at this Nowell Creek residence in The Retreat at Daniel Island, SC. The flow of that curved staircase paired with the geometric pendant and herringbone floors creates the perfect transitional coastal vibe.

It’s almost crossed the finish line and it’s already fabulous.
