Insulated and ready for sheetrock!

This forever cabin/ADU is on an engineered forever slab and features 2x6 exterior walls with Blue Skin v***r barrier. Its going to be a great space for the owner's family and friends to stay when they visit!

Another forever slab poured at 2am this week! We needed some extra working time on this one since it will be for a beautiful stained concrete floor!

This slab has heavy steel reinforcement, 6" pads (normal is 4") and 36" beams. We have every slab engineered and are so excited to build another forever home on top of a forever slab!
