It was so nice to see everyone downtown today! Thanks to all who stopped by, got some free plants, and an extra thanks to all the families who agreed to let us get them an insurance quote from Knight Family Agency - Farmers Insurance! Changing industries rapidly is a lot to process at once, but we appreciate that so may of you are supporting us in the next chapter! You’re all amazing! If you’d like to continue to support us so we can continue giving back to the community, please:

I know we are all sad about the store being closed, but I have some fun news to share! As most of you know, the reason we closed was to focus on growing our new insurance agency Knight Family Agency - Farmers Insurance Our agency has now been open for two weeks and we’ve already helped over 50 families make the switch to Farmers Insurance and save a ton of money in the process! We have not found an official tenant for our building yet, so we decided to use the parking lot this Saturday, during the Rockford sidewalk sale, to giveaway 500 free succulents! Limit one per household, plus an additional one for each child under 18. While supplies last. We will be there from 10am until we run out of succulents! No purchase necessary, no strings attached! We will also be giving away free $10 Amazon gift cards to anyone willing to let us prepare an insurance quote! The average family who switches to Farmers saves $1200/year! Let us see how much we could save your family, while supporting our new venture at the same time!

Still over 250 potted plants to choose from, and about 800 succulent plugs! Special 75% final clearance deals on many plants, accessories, and C*D products! Our 4/$1 clearance section was restocked with a bunch of jewelry, croc charms and stickers! Lots of great jewelry still available at 50% off as well!

The store feels very empty after Monty left us today. We had a great turnout and we expect Saturday to be an even bigger turnout. 45% off while supplies last on Saturday (10-6) and if there is still anything left we will be 50% off on Sunday (12-6)!

Reminder: If you still have any Zen Botanicals gift cards, they must be redeemed by Sunday.

We announced our store closing several months ago and discontinued gift card sales at that time, providing ample opportunity to use any remaining balances.

Please be sure to redeem your gift cards by Sunday, as they will no longer be accepted or refunded after our final day of business. Thank you for your understanding and for your support over the past several years.

As we begin our next chapter we have decided to make Sunday our FINAL DAY in store. We will be returning to selling on the PalmStreet app next weekend (details to follow). We want to thank everyone for 7 great years downtown Rockford, please stop bye and say goodbye before our doors are closed for good. Discount % will increase 5% each day until Sunday but once it’s gone, it’s gone! Discount does not apply to items already on a bigger clearance discount (like our 75% off cart or our 4/$1 items).

Monty has been our shop plant for many years. I pulled him back downstairs today and it made me realize how much he has grown! I know so many of you have pieces of him as we have chopped and propped probably 50 babies over the years, but I think it may be time to find a new home for Monty. Rather than comment auction style please PM me your best offer if you’re interested. This will be a blind auction and the best offer will win this Friday! Minimum bid $200, must be able to transport it or be prepared to offer extra for help transporting it. To be considered you must have adequate space for this plant to grow, we care about this plant and want to make sure it ends up somewhere it can grow even more massive. If you can’t tell how big it is already you can stop by the store and see it in person.
