One of the most important steps when making a charcuterie/cheese board or butcher block is the water pop. Before the final step of sanding spraying the wood with water helps raise the grain. This helps you get a smooth finish after your last sanding. It makes all the difference.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. That doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy!! Working on collaborations with local small businesses is one of the most rewarding part of my job.
