We are incredibly honored to be featured in the Spring 2026 edition of The Pipeline magazine!
A huge thank you to the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association, Nicholas Peck Palermo and The Pipeline for not only telling the AJM Plumbing & Heating story, but for recognizing what truly makes this company what it is, our family!
Seeing my wife and kids in that magazine alongside the work we’ve built from the ground up means more than any award or accolade ever could. This business isn’t just a company, it’s a reflection of the people I come home to every night, and the responsibility I feel to show up for every customer the same way I show up for them. The article captures exactly what we stand for such as, showing up when families are panicked in the middle of winter, diagnosing the problem right, explaining it clearly, and fixing it the first time. All while being honest, transparent, and fair every single time. We always strive to recommending what’s best for the customer, not what’s most profitable for us. In an industry that’s increasingly being swallowed up by private equity-backed conglomerates, where homeowners are treated like ticket numbers and technicians are measured by upsell revenue , AJM is and will always be something different. We’re a family owned, owner operated South Shore company where the guy answering the phone is the same guy showing up at your door. There’s no call center. No commissioned sales tech. No pressure. Just honest trade work done right. We’re not trying to be the biggest company in Massachusetts. We’re building toward being the most trusted one on the South Shore and we’re doing it one family at a time.
Thank you again to The Pipeline and the PCA for giving a small, caring, family-first company a platform. We won’t take it for granted.
