Mount This Fish Company is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join our production team assembling fiberglass fish replicas. Our products become lifelong memories for anglers and decorative pieces displayed around the world. We take pride in our work and expect the same from our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing position. The quicker you learn our processes and increase production while maintaining quality, the more you earn.

Fishermen, outdoorsmen, or those familiar with fish species strongly preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cutting parts
Assembling fish replica blanks
Prepping replicas for finishing
OCCASIONAL ADDITIONAL TASKS
Light woodworking, crating, and fiberglass work
Assisting senior staff with miscellaneous production tasks
PAY STRUCTURE AND GROWTH
Starting pay: $16/hr
30-day evaluation period
90-day performance review (committed employees reach $18/hr)
Ongoing pay increases based on production performance
We track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which simply means:
How many quality units are completed
Consistency, efficiency, and reliability
Team production goals being met without sacrificing quality
When the team hits KPI goals, everyone benefits. High performers regularly earn $20–$24/hr at the one year mark by learning quickly, increasing output, and maintaining quality standards.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a fiberglass manufacturing facility. Ventilation masks are required at times. The shop can be warm and physically demanding. If you are sensitive to heat, dust, or fast-paced work, this position is not a good fit.
TRAINING AND SCHEDULE
Position starts part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) during training and typically transitions to full-time within 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly processes are learned.
