We are a family-run small business looking for team members to join us in making our customer's dreams come true!

Our Rocklin-based company has been fabricating and installing high-quality custom stone slab and tile in the greater Sacramento area for the last 30+ years. We also do General Construction work and see a wide variety of interesting & beautiful projects every week.

We are seeking tile installers and tile finishers. General Construction or slab experience is always a plus. These are full-time positions with the potential for overtime.

The ideal candidate will have:

-A strong work ethic and the ability to work with others, as well as independently, when needed.

-Be dependable, punctual and willing to work overtime when needed.

-The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and be able to perform basic math calculations.

-Attention to detail - it is A MUST.

-The ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and co-workers.

-The ability to perform mud set installations (tile installers/finishers). If you do not already know, you must be able and willing to learn.

-The ability to perform physical activities pertaining to the essential functions of the position: Requires considerable use of arms/legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying and lifting 50-100lbs+.

-Own transportation and tools.

-Clean driving record and be drug-free.

Additional skills are a plus:

-Ability to template accurately
-Ability to operate CNC, ProEdge and/or Bridge Saw machinery

We work Full-time, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Pay is dependent upon experience and ability. We also offer competitive Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement benefits.

Experience is preferred, but not required for the laborer position- pay is dependent on experience.
