When burning Anthracite Hard coal it burns cleaner than natural gas. It burns so clean that it is not federally regulated by the EPA like wood stoves are. This stove will heat a 2600 sq. ft. home for around $600 for the heating season.(depending on the layout of your home).
These stoves are selling for up to $1200 restored as well as this.
