Lovely little addition we recently built on a home for our wonderful clients in Ingleside, Texas! We took this back porch and turned it into a entire extra living space. B&B Builders & Construction LLC. Covered it all from design to framing, insulation, sheetrock & texture. Floor leveling, tile, siding, paint and roof. Were very proud of this project, and the homeowners were absolutely wonderful to work with! It's a blessing when you get folks as pleasant to work with as they were. We hope they enjoy this extra space for many years to come.

Here's a deck expansion we did for a long time client of ours, we did several projects for these folks and enjoyed every one of them! The original staircase going up to the front of this home wasn't much more than just some stairs, we took down the old rotten stairs, built an entire new lower level, added significantly more Sq footage, as well as added extra deck space on the second floor expansion. We brought the stairs and final landing right down to the edge of their curved circle drive on the hillside so it was easy access to and from the vehicle.
Again I'll add, we aren't originally from the coastal bend area, but we're glad to be home here now. We're a fully state and city residential and commercially licensed building contractor. Fully insured, and legally bonded, family company with over 40 yrs building experience in many different settings. Years of past clients that are now friends, And we look forward to meeting you soon.

Yall take a look at this CUTE tiny home we built up in the central TX hill country! The homeowner ordered this building but it came bare on the truck, homeowners also wanted it elevated so we built up a platform for it to sit on, pre built steps the entire width. Then we brought in a crane, flew the house up over powelines and sat it in place. Anchored it down and went to work inside. Built the kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom area. Then Installed Insulation throughout. After plumbing and electrical went in, We installed real wood lap siding on the walls and beadboard on the ceilings. We put in a neat vintage style refrigerator and a custom solid wood 2 inch thick counter top with full rececessed single sink. Removable stairs to get up to the loft or set the stairs out of the way of you want. We built a barn style sliding door for the bathroom using a legit old vintage door. The lighting through the home gives it a very warm inviting feeling. And the flooring gives just the right color contrast. It sits overlooking the river and let me tell yall, this is alil piece of paradise right here.
And to add, As we've stated before, we aren't originally from the beautiful coastal bend area, but we're so glad to be home here now and look forward to working with you.

We're proud of this massive home expansion we completed awhile back for these wonderful clients. The original home was just alil small for what they were needing so we helped bring it out! Added on was a complete master room with full walk in his and hers closets, a full walk in custom tile shower enclosure with glass doors. For the rest we opened up the existing walls and brought out the living room to create a MUCH larger living and entertainment space for friends and family. The master bedroom as well as the new living room both have double doors opening out onto the beautiful new deck space overlooking their wonderful views of trees and wildlife. The exterior was paint matched and roof color matched to make this home look as tho it was always just this way. Truly beautiful setting these folks have now to enjoy for many years to come.
