The Gadwall Casitas Project is charging ahead and making exceptional progress. Now just starting our fourth month, both homes are well underway with site development, utilities, foundations, framing, siding, standing seam roofing, exterior paint, mechanical systems, insulation, and sheetrock all in place. We’ve officially moved into the next phase, kicking off the exterior features including gazebos, fences, sidewalks, and driveways. We’re not just on track we’re ahead of schedule.

Today we officially broke ground on two new coastal cottages sitting side-by-side right here in Rockport. Each home will be a 1,000 sq. ft.,
2-bed/2-bath coastal-style cottage on its own lot, built to serve as beautiful guest homes for a nearby family just a few blocks away.

These cottages represent another step forward in our commitment to crafting high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes that reflect the charm, character, and spirit of the Texas coast. From the foundation up, we’re focused on delivering durability, comfort, and craftsmanship our community can be proud of.

We’re grateful for all of the hometown support, and we can’t wait to bring these cottages to life. Stay tuned more progress updates coming soon!

Wrapped up a great project on Salt Lake this week a full remove-and-replace bulkhead job that took about four weeks start to finish. 🌊🛠️

The transformation is incredible. Not only does the new bulkhead dramatically improve the look of the property, but it also adds significant value and long-term protection for the homeowners. The customers absolutely love it, and we’re proud of how clean and solid the final product turned out.

Another quality build on the water and another happy family in Aransas County!
