Former Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe, who died on Tuesday at 89, will be remembered as a profoundly ignorant man who became the face of climate deniers, the c**k blocker of smart science, and the ringleader of paid fossil fuel legislators who were able to forestall meaningful solutions to slow global warming. Well, he's dead and we're still fu**ed.
When your wife is found dead under a house because of hurricane winds and water washed your life away and you live 200 miles from the coast - send Inhofe's widow the bill. If your home and business burned to the ground in a fire tornado and no one thought to use sirens to warn for escape, think of Jim for a moment and curse his spirit to hell where he can burn for eternity.
Today's Republican Fascists still hold the old Senator in great regard, because he was able to enrage rational-thinking humans with his Okie twangy voice stating that "he didn't believe in any of that high-minded science gobbledygook." He triggered the liberals and won an infant's argument which killed us all. He cashed his monthly Exxon blood money check to double down his bribe for tickets to heaven by giving the money to the Christian cult. His attempt to buy his way into heaven will go unheeded, even God disdained the profoundly stupid hick for ruining his creation. The old white-haired Anglo supernational entity would surely send him to hell where Hades could torture him every minute of the hour.
Why is it we lose our best and brightest to surprise heart conditions or fast-acting cancer deaths while we can't get stuck with the clods from backwater amerika who were accidentally elevated to seats of power? The fascist Christian Nationalists aka. K*K, aka. John Birch Society, aka. the losers from the South, our traitorous cousins of the Confederacy are all connected with a smirk and half-baked notion to stick it to the Yankees.
Was Senator James Inhofe a traitor? Was he paid shill for Big Oil? Did he revel in pi***ng off President Clinton and VP Gore, every Democrat, the United Nations, world scientists, and every school child who learned science by the 6th grade? Yes, yes. yes, and yes. The Colossus of Kooks, ole Jim, made his mark on the world and left a legacy of sorts, and his name will appear by so many other small men of today when they die hopefully sooner rather than later. Three cheers to Death of a Jackass!!!
