A home should feel like it belongs — to the people living in it and to the land it sits on.

When we begin a project, we’re not just thinking about rooms or square footage. We’re thinking about how the house approaches the site, where the light enters throughout the day, and how the materials will age over time.

For this design, the goal was balance: traditional forms paired with modern living, generous windows, and spaces that feel connected without losing a sense of comfort and scale.

Architecture has been part of my path from early on — growing up near New York City and being inspired by the scale and energy of those spaces.

After working across different sectors, I found my focus in residential design and started taking on side projects, working directly with clients and learning how design really comes to life.

Over time, those projects grew into Oztan Studio, which I officially launched in 2023.

Architecture, to me, isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about creating spaces that reflect how people actually live.
