Gather in nature and join us to reignite your light and enhance the energy of our planet in a ceremony of fire and transmutation. Amplified sound will allow depth despite distance in ample outdoor space dedicated to connect without contact. Bring bodies and bones to warmth in asana using strong standing poses, firing up the muscles of the core, and using the breath to burn away impurities. Embodying a living flame, this will be a movement practice inspired by action, accessible to any body and all levels of experience. Shine your light from within to illuminate the darkness. With thumbs to the left we will stand hand out of hand and then join our voices together, collectively creating the sound of the universe vibrating in complete harmony. In the unwritten it is written, and it will become as it is so spoken. Together we gather to empower and to release into the flame.
Bring your own blanket to contain your warmth in savasana, and bring a drum or guitar for post-ceremonial movement and music around the fire.
