Rudy and his team are excellent at their trade. They have executed multiple designs of mine and their work is superb. They are kind, have a great work ethic and are fantastic problem solvers on the job site. Highly recommend.

Top-notch work done by Kustom Floors. We had to rip up some old, warped flooring, install a subfloor w/ concrete leveler, and repurpose reclaimed flooring to match our existing house. Rudy was awesome and very thorough. Highly recommended!

My son used Kustom Floors to refinish his 40-year-old hardwood oak floors. Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish. In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house. The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. Not only are they experts in their field, but their attention to detail and pride in their work are apparent in the work that they do.

Really can’t say enough good things about the Kustom Floors team. We absolutely love our unique wood floor, and we feel fortunate to have Rudy and the team as our partners in dealing with issues as they come up. They’re always incredibly professional and straightforward, and they have the technical know-how to do complex jobs that scared off other well-known companies. I wouldn’t trust our floors to anyone else.

Rudy and his team are the height of professionalism and competence. We used them twice. Once to do a complete renovation of a condo we had just purchased. And once to repair water damage to that same condo. In both cases, the work was beautiful (multiple guests have commented on how gorgeous our wood floors look). They also identified (and fixed) problems that would have become a bigger deal later that the inspector did not notice. Rudy and the team were friendly, fast, and very skilled. Would happily hire again!
