This barndominium was completed in Itasca Texas. It will house an ambulance for Careflight. The color is Espresso and was polished up to a 3000 grit. A solvent based water and oil protector was used to aid an already very user friendly floor.

Keeping sharp trim lines is important as a painter. I can use a brush with laser accuracy. The problem is that when you are trying to get a job done as soon as possible and have employees that haven’t had the time to develop the skill yet then you need a solution. My solution is Frog tape. It is available as most hardware stores and makes it very easy to get a professional looking paint job. Just clean the trim, press down firmly and brush or roll down to the tape. After the job is done remove the tape and the lines speak for themselves. Frog Tape green.

Barndominiums are perfect for concrete floors. The rustic atmosphere is complemented well with a beautifully polished floor. This floor was finished with out color and polished up to a sparkling shine

Not much to look at here in the way of aesthetics. Just my plain garage floor. However for you look closely you can see exposed aggregate. The floor was 10+ years old and very abused. The main thing now is how much protection it has from stains and scratches. It can be cleaned off extremely easily with a leaf blower. With out some system of protection the floor will be open to stains and constantly “dust”.
