Meet the Owner/Operator Jeremiah Kross
Built on Experience. Driven by Integrity. Grounded in Faith.
With 10 years of experience installing fiberglass swimming pools and an additional seven years in the hardscape and retaining wall industry, I’ve built my career around creating outdoor spaces that are made to last.
To me, this work is about much more than putting a pool in the ground. Every homeowner who hires us is trusting me with their property, their investment, and a vision they have for their home. I take that responsibility seriously.
My Work Ethic
I believe in being reliable, responsible, and accountable. If I make a mistake, I own it and make it right. I strive to be a good steward of the resources, property, and investment every homeowner places in my hands.
Quality isn’t something I want to fix at the end of a project—it should be built into the project from the beginning.
My goal is to deliver a finished outdoor living space that allows our customers to enjoy their investment for years to come with minimal issues and maximum enjoyment.
What Customers Can Expect
One of the things I’m most proud of is hearing customers talk about our attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
I also understand that no contractor will meet every expectation perfectly every time. When an issue or disagreement arises, I believe character is shown in how you respond. I work to address concerns quickly, communicate openly, and find a fair resolution.
At the end of the day, I want to be able to stand behind every project with confidence.
My Favorite Part of the Job
My favorite part of installing pools is starting with a blank piece of property and bringing a homeowner’s vision to life—sometimes even when they can’t fully picture the finished product themselves.
It’s like painting on a canvas, except my canvas is the earth.
Taking an empty backyard and transforming it into a beautiful outdoor living space where families will gather, laugh, relax, and make memories is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

What makes me different begins with my faith.
I am an unapologetic Christian, and I strive to build my life and my business on the foundation of the Bible. One verse that guides the way I approach my work is 1 Corinthians 10:31:
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”
I strive to carry Christian values—honesty, integrity, humility, stewardship, and service—into every project we complete. My desire is that the way I conduct myself, treat our customers, and perform our work ultimately reflects and glorifies God.

I will work to deliver a finished project whose value exceeds the investment you entrusted to us. I will stand behind my workmanship and make things right when something needs to be corrected.
I will strive to be one of the most understanding, approachable, and easy-to-work-with contractors you’ve ever hired. When conflict arises, I will work toward a resolution quickly and honestly.
I will never knowingly take advantage of a customer. I will be a good steward of what you have entrusted to me. And whenever possible, I will strive to overdeliver rather than simply meet expectations.
Because when the project is finished, I don’t just want you to have a beautiful swimming pool.
