Stop down and visit us next weekend for the Maple Weekend Taste & Tour- March 10th and 11th- 10am-4pm!! We have fresh bottled maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, maple candy and buttermilk pancake mix! We will have a maple kielbasa and maple shortbread cookies to try! 🍁

We will be at the Ligonier Farmers Market this weekend ( Sat, July 16th)

We will be featuring a fresh berry fruit salad made with PURE MAPLE SUGAR and topped with greek yogurt and maple cream. Delicious! I made it for my demo last weekend at Whole Foods....everyone loved it.

Molly Enos can't go as far as to say she grew up in sugaring or anything. However, she does remember one early influential maple syrup experience. When she was about 10, the family tapped a half-dozen maple sugar trees in the backyard. Those taps produced enough sugar water to make 1 gallon of syrup
