To say we have been busy is an understatement. This job was a leaking hot water heater and soft floor. After removing damaged floor and fan drying, it was determined that a load bearing beam also needed replacing. Floor structure was repaired, new subfloor replaced, new floor covering and new water heater was installed. New plumbing and wiring for water heater was also installed. We've been super busy lately and couldn't be more blessed! This week we layed a new floor for our friends Chuck and Fran! They're starting a new life at the beach and we couldn't be more excited for them! Thank y'all for letting us help with all y'all's home maintenance needs! Haven't posted lately due to being extremely busy, we are beyond blessed! One of the latest jobs we've done is this beautiful set of custom built bi-fold doors for a large opening. Doors were manufactured by Distinctive Doors and Woodworking. They were assembled, installed, and painted by Winstead's Maintenance. Winstead's Maintenance will be closed this Thursday & Friday, October 28th & 29th, so we can prepare for and celebrate our daughter's wedding this weekend!
